Relocation with PROMOVE
Your experienced movers are mostly Actors, Singers, Musicians and Artists supplementing our income. On time, efficient, careful & courteous. Never a "stairs fee" or any hidden fees. We strive to provide 5 star service on every move. We are careful who we send into your home, around your family and to handle your property, we offer background checked helpers, checked through Hireahelper. INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. The service was fantastic. I called at 7:30 in the morning not thinking anyone would be able to help me. And Kirk hook me up with two of the best movers I’ve seen: Courtney and eric. They were courteous, helpful, and very fast. Very, very careful with all of my stuff. You won’t go wrong with these guys.

Our movers were the best! I was quite stressed the day of the move and they told me to relax while they handled it. They did a wonderful job of fitting all of our stuff in the truck during the time window I hired them for and everything arrived safely after a (bumpy) 1300 mile drive!

Both helpers (Eric and Courtney) were fantastic. I hired them for two hours. They arrived early, I however was late. I was able to communicate that I would be late and they had no issues waiting. We still finished moving everything into the apartment within the time limit! They were very nice and hard working. I would definitely hire them again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Your move date is set! Contact for details and any necessary instructions
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We always show up! On time arrival within the first 20 minutes of the one hour window, with an experienced, professional and courteous crew.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please have items packed and ready to go (large boxes not too heavy please), furniture blankets to protect your stuff, appropriate size truck for the move. Then wooosah! we got you, you're things are in capable hands.
What types of moves have you handled?
Local, Long distance, Office, Commercial, Specialty moves (larger & fragile medical equipment).
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
No gym membership needed, we get paid to exercise. Our worksite is different everyday & we interact with new people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Two weeks of moving technique (lifting, turning, angles), teamwork, pacing, basic disassembly/reassembly and materials handling as well as customer service is our basic training. Then more experienced movers ( Courtney, Eric, Yusef, Azar, Ken) have advanced training for loading moving vans.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
