INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. Kirk and D (David) arrived on time, ready to work, and did a wonderful job moving my daughter into her new apartment. They handled everything carefully, and took pains to place in the correct part of apartment so we would have to do as little as possible! It was a hot, humid day, never a complaint about the two flights of stairs and never took a break, even though I invited them to do so. Completed the job quickly and efficiently and to my complete satisfaction. I have already told them I will use them again when my daughter is ready to move out. Thanks!

Quick and efficient - finished moving a 1 bedroom down from a 4th floor walkup in an hour. Professional. Only chipped paint on one extra large dresser that was very hard to move in one very small spot. Would recommend.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We always show up! On time arrival within the first 20 minutes of the one hour window, with an experienced, professional and courteous crew.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please have items packed and ready to go (large boxes not too heavy please), furniture blankets to protect your stuff, appropriate size truck for the move. Then wooosah! we got you, you're things are in capable hands.
What types of moves have you handled?
Local, Long distance, Office, Commercial, Specialty moves (larger & fragile and very expensive medical equipment).
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
No gym membership needed, we get paid to exercise. Our worksite is different everyday & we interact with new people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Two weeks of moving technique (lifting, turning, angles), teamwork, pacing, basic disassembly/reassembly and materials handling as well as customer service is our basic training. Then our most experienced movers ( Courtney, Eric, Yusef, Azar, Kirk) have advanced training for loading moving vans.
