Relocation with PROMOVE
Your experienced movers are mostly Actors, Singers, Musicians and Artists supplementing our income. On time, efficient, careful & courteous. Never a "stairs fee" or any hidden fees. We strive to provide 5 star service on every move. We are careful who we send into your home, around your family and to handle your property, we offer background checked helpers, checked through Hireahelper. INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. The guys that came showed up early, which was great, and got me moved quickly and efficiently. They were very well prepared and worked hard to get me back on the road ASAP. They were great with moving everything that I had and I would definitely use them again.

They said they'd arrive between 8:00 and 9:00 , then called around 7:00 and said 8:45. They arrived at 8:40 and courteously waited with me for my pod, which didn't show up til an hour later. They were careful with my boxes and had the whole job done in half an hour!

Our helper communicated well regarding his time of arrival. While it was hot and humid, he worked at a good pace and we were moved in in 1:15 minutes, which was great! I would definitely request help again from Promove.

We are moving from Queens, NY to Tucson, AZ. I only wish Kirk and Terrell could be our unpackers when we get there!

Kurt & Devan of Promove were exceptional. They showed up right on time and did the job with amazing efficiency. Not only did they move my entire apartment down 4 flights of stairs in 2 hours, but also masterfully packed it all into a 7’ POD storage container. Moving into a 5th floor walk-up is no easy task. Promove was on time, prepared for my job, and respectful of my goods and property. Since they worked hard, they were able to finish my job within an hour. Certainly, I would use Promove again!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Your move date is set! Contact for details and any necessary instructions
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We always show up! On time arrival within the first 20 minutes of the one hour window, with an experienced, professional and courteous crew.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please have items packed and ready to go (large boxes not too heavy please), furniture blankets to protect your stuff, appropriate size truck for the move. Then wooosah! we got you, you're things are in capable hands.
What types of moves have you handled?
Local, Long distance, Office, Commercial, Specialty moves (larger & fragile medical equipment).
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
No gym membership needed, we get paid to exercise. Our worksite is different everyday & we interact with new people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Two weeks of moving technique (lifting, turning, angles), teamwork, pacing, basic disassembly/reassembly and materials handling as well as customer service is our basic training. Then more experienced movers ( Courtney, Eric, Yusef, Azar, Ken) have advanced training for loading moving vans.

We do not refund for any unused time.
