The planning and preparation was the problem. I made several calls to Armstrong before the move to plan the move. I did not receive a return call to my first three calls. Following the 4th call I did receive a return, but it was a voice mail. We never did make contact. As a result the loading was ill-planned. The helpers arrived at 8:00 pm. Two hours after the time planned without dollies or wrap. It was impossible for them to move the credenza without a dolly so they had to go out and buy two. But, that took an hour and thus the loading didn't start until 9:00 pm. In the chaos of the late start we forgot stuff in the garage and patio that I had to load the following day.
The fault was not with the two loaders. They worked hard and were very consensus. The problem was in the planning and preparation.

I was nervous at first but they worked very gard to get everything done. They loaded the truck extremely well....no holes. It rained and hailed but they didn't stop.

We recently relocated from Florida to Minnesota and needed a hand unloading our PODS. Chris Armstrong and team were early and awesome! Two strong guys delicately handled our fragile goods and large furniture items. They took direction very well, were patient to place and replace items, and respected the interior of our home. Job was done in less time than anticipated. I would highly recommend Armstrong Moves!
