The guys were on time and got the work done, but the did not work well together and I had to resolve a few disputes. One gentlemen did most of the work and the other was difficult. Also, they put a dent in my living room wall.

My POD needed to be emptied and the two men who arrived were on time, courteous, and more than willing to do what needed to be done. They were quick and efficient. In short, they were great!!

The service wasn’t as expected. There were two helpers, one was helpful one was not. There seemed to be an attitude and he wasn’t friendly. He wanted to carry heavy furniture in by himself and furniture was banged. I had to ask that they both carry in certain pieces. I was expecting a better experience. I used Hire a Helper in Florida for the move to New York, which was a better experience

Arrived at the beginning of the hour arrival window, ready to work. Helpful with repositioning truck when needed, willing to move furniture from house to truck and backn to other location in house as part of their unloading duties. Happy to support a veteran owned/staffed company. Efficient, will hire again if needed

While they were 30 minutes late, once they arrived things went very smoothly. My move was 2 parts, picking up an item I purchased and then following us to our home to bring the heavy item to an upstairs room. Once at my home they needed to move a couple of other large and heavy items up and down a set of stairs. They had experience moving what I needed moved and were very courteous and careful to protect my hardwood floors and light fixtures from damage. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. I have already recommended them to someone I know!

Both guys were right on time, efficient, friendly and very hard workers. They pointed out any damage that may have occurred during our pod transport. They were always asking where we would like certain boxes placed. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.
