I had a window reserved from 11-1 and took the time to confirm during the week. I was notified at 10:30 they would be there around 1 pm. This was problematic since my day was planned on a schedule including a walk through and a specific time on loading dock. By the time they arrived, we had moved a lot of our stuff. They were there one hour and I paid for two. I believe they should’ve offered a discount for their scheduling issues which caused a big inconvenience. But movers were very nice and did a good job.

They were prompt and in constant communication leading up to the window I was provided several days prior to the move. The young men were professional and efficient and were careful with my belongings. I was pleased with how fast it went and how easy the process was. I would absolutely hire them again!

Horrible! Four movers showed up to load my Pods container, and they were so disorganized that it took them SIX HOURS to FINALLY get my furniture out of the hallway, out of the elevator area, out of the building, and out of the street. (Yes, my stuff was sitting unwrapped and exposed in all four locations.) Plus, my brand new dresser is now seriously scratched. (They haphazardly set a chain saw on it!)
These movers were without direction and leadership, and two of them vaped (!) while on the job. There is no way that it should have taken 24 man hours to load my Pods container. When I reported all of this to the supervisor, he was callous and unwilling to offer any accommodations. Plus, my Pods container wasn't packed right, so there were things I couldn't take with me. Terrible! Avoid this mover!

I used Maybaum to help me move furniture out of a 1 bedroom loft apt into a 16' truck. My moving experience was fantastic! The 3 young men who showed up were courteous and hardworking. It took a little longer than expected but the workers worked diligently and carefully until all items were loaded into the truck. I would definitely recommend this company if you need movers to help you move furniture.

I highly recommend Maybaum Movers for your upcoming move. They did an amazing job safely and efficiently moving my furniture and belongings on the hottest day of the summer. I also appreciated receiving prep emails and a check-in call a couple of hours before my move.

Honestly... it was not what I expected at all. Just really glad my furniture made it into the apartment honestly. Not uniformed crews...
My furniture was constantly bumped into walls and doorframes... marks were made all in the hallway of my apartment and within my apartment... Didn’t bring tools to assemble furniture...
Oh and, they say “we can always stay at least 2 hours over pre-booked time”. Lies. As soon as we began, they stated “you’re aware of the 2 hours booked right?” And then talking amongst themselves about having to go to work after my move and all... Once everything was in the apartment, I didn’t even ask for anymore assistance as they were just rushing and in a hurry and even stated they had to leave and all for another move (but the other guy was talking about going to work...).
Just didn’t seem professional... not what I expected... maybe it was just an off day... and then again, I was running behind and we couldn’t start the move until 11am within my 10-11am time frame... but... yeah, no.
