These guys were GREAT! Wesley and Shawn were friendly, careful and energetic. They moved everything in the time allotted, including some heavy and awkward items. I almost want to move again so I can hire them again… almost. ?? I highly recommend them to anyone who needs movers.

Guys were on time, polite and courteous but found they didn’t really pay a lot of attention to labeling on boxes. (Boxes labeled bedroom were in the living room, attic was in the kitchen, etc.) I found boxes double stacked upside down - I’d turn them upright and it would say ‘Fragile - don’t stack anything on this’. Had to ‘re’-move a bunch of them after they left. Were a little rough moving furniture - banged up some walls/furniture leaving marks. Left furniture/boxes randomly around rooms rather than asking first where I’d want it placed, so I had to go back to have them place/move it around.
Apparently communication gap with Hire-a-Helper and them: they were ready to leave when I mentioned their still needing to put together all the furniture. They indicated they didn’t have that as part of my order and didn’t come with tools to assemble furniture because their order from Hire-A-Helper didn’t indicate I requested it. I showed them my order where it did indicate it, so I had to go scramble and find tools for them to put my bed, tables, etc. together.

Wonderful job and great attitude. Great communication with me with regards to weather and time of arrival. The 2 gentleman worked hard and was very careful and cautious. Will definitely use them next time.

We were fortunate to hire Moving with Pride for our move into our new home. Stephen and Kennedy were our movers for the day. They came to our home and within minutes started unloading our truck. They worked with us to get all of our things out of the truck and into our home. They were efficient, fast and professional. We couldn’t be happier with the results!

I hate leaving bad reviews but this one is warranted and may help others avoid the added stress we experienced working with this company.
We booked 2 movers for 2 hours to help us load our pod. The guys showed up reeking of weed, so much so that our house smelled like it for a few hours after they left. They didn't bring a hand truck even though we paid the extra 'flight of stairs' charge. I had to run to Home Depot and spend $30 to rent one for the day. They moved very slowly (probably because they were high as kites) and spent a lot of time of their phones. After the 2 hours were up, they asked us to pay them in cash to continue working rather than going through the company. And to top it all off, they didn't efficiently pack the pod. We had to unpack and repack a portion of it after they left.
Needless to say, this experience added a lot of stress to our move. They may be one of the more affordable moving companies but you run the risk of having guys like this show up.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should have items that are able to be boxed, in boxes and labeled accordingly. If loading is required they should have blankets and some sort of tie-downs.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled all moves. Local, long distance, office, industrial, govt. contracts, you name it we've done it.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The favorite part is completing difficult task in a minimum amount of time thru methods of expertise and experience that creates a WOW factor for our customers
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide safety training thru videos and quizzes plus on the job basics and essentials including but not limited to customer interactions, (plt) proper lifting techniques, how to set a desk properly, getting a sofa thru a door and much more.
