Oh my goodness. Where do I begin. Thank the good Lord there is a service such as this! We could not have made it without your service! I never knew this type of business existed until I googled it. Yes, most definitely the two men hired were very punctual, they were prepared for the job, worked hard from the moment they arrived until the moment they left. The gentlemen were very respectful and went wayyyy above and beyond the call of duty. I most definitely will use HireAHelper.com again and I will strongly recommend it to anyone I know moving or relocating. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Nice guys but not enough moving experience. They were on time, introduced themselves and got to work. The job was off-loading a rental truck into a brand new home with boxes everywhere and ease of movement somewhat restricted. The easy pieces were moved expeditiously despite the tight quarters. However, they had trouble with the geometry of fitting a large sofa up the narrow stairway into a second floor family room. The sofa suffered a bit, a wall-mounted sconce was nearly broken, and the walls and wood trim had about one dozen nicks which we will repair ourselves. Ultimately, we abandoned the sofa to the front porch and donated it to charity. I believe more experienced movers would have been successful in moving it to the upstairs family room. Although they tried their best and were willing to attempt to move anything, they lacked both sufficient training which requires management oversight and years of on-the-job moving experience.

Having a "paid" receipt and a confirmation letter, Faith Movers of OKC (unknowingly) cancelled my order and did not show. I called to verify the move with the company 2 days before the actual move date and no one returned my call. When I called about the movers, the contact to this company was very difficult to get in touch with. After leaving 3 messages, they finally called me back (hours later). HireAHelper tried contacting them as well and were unsuccessful. Understanding human error and that things like this may happen; unfortunately their lack of communication is why I'm posting this review. There's nothing like having NO movers on moving day! I will let you be the judge on whether or not to use this company.
I do want to clarify that HireAHelper was VERY helpful in this situation to the best of their ability.

These guys were great! They were a little late, but I knew before they came that that might be a possibility as they had informed me that they had another move prior to mine. Once they arrived they were quick, professional, courteous, and respectful. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to move me in. I would definitely use them again!
