It was 97 degrees and unable to back trucks up driveway because too steep so h ad to unload two 26' trucks up the hill and several stairs. I felt sorry for them but they kept their cool and were professional. They did an exceptional job especially considering I had heavy furniture and it was so hot.

While the workers were energetic, most were not experienced in moving furniture or disassembly of large items like tables, beds, etc. Some were obviously hired from the local UGM Shelter, and we appreciate that, but were expecting a trained experienced crew. That is not what we got. They were 45 minutes late on the load out, did not bring furniture dolly, they worked their tails off and were respectful. We would not use this service again for several reasons: lack of experience, uncertainty of how to load and protect items, amount of work homeowner had to do to meet deadline. Next time, we would hire a professional moving company, probably pay more but not have to do much other than watch. One suggestion would be for someone representing the company to pre-visit the home and help homeowner prepare for the load out. Being honest and straightforward about where the workers come from - day help, mission help, or professional trained workers. The owner recommended that we hire the same crew for the off load at new residence, and we did, but got one person (inexperienced) from the first load and a totally new crew of inexperienced men. This is not what the owner or the reviews represented.

The guys that showed up to unload our moving truck were great. They were nice, had great attitudes and worked hard. So much so that they finished in 2 hours rather than the 3 that I scheduled. We called it good and I tipped them each for a job well done. We also agreed with the movers and with the We Serve dispatch that the total time worked was 2 hours and the price would be adjusted. So the next day when I called to release the payment I was informed that We Serve's policy states that they do not reimburse for unused time, despite what I was told by their dispatchers. So I ended up paying for an extra hour. Not sure how they were put out in any way getting to leave early, and I seriously doubt that the guys that moved me got payed for three hours of work. Seems like a lame policy. I would advise scheduling the bare minimum and then paying for extra time if you need it.

Gordy, Brad, and Rod were on time, prepared, worked VERY hard, were respectful, and we would DEFINITELY use them again. They were AWESOME!

The laborers were not informed by their management of the piano I primarily hired them to help me with, but they were able to move it anyway. They worked so hard and fast I kept wanting to tell them to slow down an take a break! Very nice guys and very efficient. I would absolutely hire them again in the future.

The two helpers arrived on time, were friendly and polite. They were also efficient, neat an completed everything I needed within the three hours I had allotted for the move. I would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in cost-effective help.
