I called after they were an hour past scheduled time. Owner called the crew he thought had been dispatched to do my job only to find out they had car trouble and were not coming. Owner was on another job and said he would come to mine when they finished. This went on all day until 7:45 PM when he finally acknowledged that they were not coming. Had he told me early in the day I could have possibly found someone else and kept my POD pickup on schedule, since he did not I had to scramble the next morning, find another crew and rearrange all my pickups and deliveries with POD. The only thing I can say to his credit, and I found this out the next day, is that he was calling other movers trying to get mine loaded. The great crew I got the next day said he had called them asking them to do my job but as it was so late by then, they had already all gone home. Needless to say I would NOT use D. Law Moving in the future.

They worked quickly, efficiently and were very professional and personable. Would absolutely recommend them and use them again if and when needed.

I was an afternoon appointment, and was scheduled sometime from 12 noon to 1pm. Before 1pm I got a call from the lead, Derrick, and I was told that the earlier job was taking longer than anticipated. He gave my wife a couple of options and one of those was that his crew would work for as long as it took for my job to get done. With that, I agreed and he called me another call prior to arrival to give me a status. Great at communication; They arrived at 4pm, which was fine with me. Upon Arrival they rang my door bell with their dollies lined up on the walk. They were ready to work! I know they must have been tired already, but they didn't show it. There were no slackers among the three. I had a 16FT container for them to load and the loading was done in two hours flat. I couldn't believe it, and my wife and I actually watched them load the container which no one could have loaded it better. They worked hard, and didn't take a break from the time they started to the time they finished the loading. This container was going to storage and they filled it completely full, and it was efficiently packed in and roped off in sections as they loaded. Anything not in a box, they either packed or wrapped in a moving pad. These guys were so respectful of me and my husband; I never heard a word of profanity; they worked easily and smoothly together and they treated my property as though it was all new. I think they have all worked together for some time. No day labor here. After loading the container, the next two hours they packed, and they packed hard. They moved furniture from one room to another. Never heard one complaint from them. They worked for a total of four hours for me and I got 5 times more done than I ever dreamed of. They really took the stress out of this day for me. Thank you D Law Moving Operations, and we'll see you in July when the rest of my belongings are loaded for the move to Florida!
