The team that arrived for the job were phenomenal. Very professional and prepared. They arrived on time, very energetic, fast and efficient. These guys took charge and handled everything perfectly. They were only there for one hour. I would’ve thought I would’ve been able to get some money back. If you had a minimum of two hours I should get money back.

So, when I open the pod, it was a mess. To top it off, my 19th century Limoges vase/urn was in pieces. This can NEVER be replaced. I am so angry. I would NEVER use this company again, and PODS should never recommend them. Total **** show.
