They were 15 minutes early. They both were hard workers. However, no one has shown them the proper way to load a truck. If I hadn’t given them directions half way through all my furniture would not have fit. As it was I had to call a neighbor over to assist with a few items so we could close the truck door. I am sure when I unload the truck there will be some damage.

Absoltely outstanding workers. Super easy to work with. They stacked the boxes heaviest on the bottom, took care not to scratch or break anything, were timely and professional. Awesome!

It was a disgusting display of any type of professionalism, they did not tell the truth. They sat outside my building for 2 hours claiming I did not show on time. I was charged a 4 hr job they were in my home 2 hours. They did not do 2 seconds of a decent job . They did what I did not ask . They put items I. Boxes that weren’t suppose to be in boxes with other kitchen items I wS so easy and carefree because I was stressed. I was very nice and accommodating with welcomes and a answer to any possible questions . They touched and left my belongings and possessions strewn about other moving piles. I’m dealing with a horrible situation with kindness and graciously accepted the beginning of their elaborate performance of nothing but IIn honest Vocals and smelly ness. I can take a lot and give generously to those whose chooose to work and help people . The lie was too much to swallow. The sadness I felt when looking at letters from my in Heaven father mixed with kitchen junk and pictures / using garage can as plastic tote , too much history in my boxes to be so disrespected and it was stupid and obvious with their siMpleness. $500.00 and I have to undo and sort baskets and baskets of bittersweets

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
The customer can expect to receive a text confirming the date and time of the job. Through this communication they can also add any additional information that might be helpful such as: heavy items, long walks, specialty items, parking arrangements, etc.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The movers will be on-site within the arrival window given. They will then do a walkthrough of the premises in order to strategize best practices for your individual relocation. They will then go over paperwork and begin the move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Any prep the customer does on their end will quicken the move saving the movers time and, in effect, the customer money. Prep may include: breaking down beds, emptying drawers, clearing a walkway throughout the house, etc. Of course if these things are not done before hand, the workers will willingly do them when they arrive.
What types of moves have you handled?
After so many years in the industry there is nothing we haven't seen. We've done something so small as moving a couple of pieces of furniture to another room to relocating five thousand pound printing presses across town. We've relocated customers from California to Maine and everywhere in between. We can provide packing materials, packing services, loading services, transportation, unloading services, and unpacking services. In short there's nothing we can't do in this industry.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The bet part of the job is seeing the relief in the customers' faces when they see that they don't have to move anything or stress about someone else moving their possessions. it always makes me smile when they visibly relax. Moving doesn't have to be stressful.
What training do you provide your crew members?
The onboarding process for our movers is extensive. Probably the part I like the best about our company is that 100% of our workers are referrals from workers we already have. That means the guys we hire are already vetted by our own employees who would never want to work with someone unreliable or lazy. In fact when we interview a person we already know what kind of work ethic and character he or she has after talking to the person that referred the potential worker. Our workers are as good as it gets.
