Timely professional friendly knowledgeable considerate and fun to work with. I can't say enough good things about hire a helper. This move has been stressful in everyway until they showed up. I will hire them again and recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks guys!

Great bunch of guys. Worked hard and were careful. Finished job a lot faster than I thought they would. Had no problem with all my special requests. Would use them again in a heartbeat

well it is hard too say overall the first time I had them they did a wonderful job came in did the job professionally a few days later I used them again it was ok they didn't stack the boxes tight along the wall as I had ask them too and they did it in about an hour as I was at the store I think they could have used that other hour I paid them for by stacking the garage a lot better. a few days later I used them again and this time was not ok was below ok ( problems with service to horrible ) here is why I was told it would take three people and 5 hours that was fine but only 2 people showed up and one of them was having a bad day one guy was short tempered both were in the middle of moving and the job took 9 hours over all also we found some collectables that had been broken during the move or boxes drop these items cannot be replace these things that were gathered and collected from years traveling the world. towards the end of that day I had too call there boss a few times I thought one of them was going too leave without finishing the job leaving me stuck also they were saying he had too leave soon and my wife had starting helping unloading the truck herself. also I had too pay more money than I was quoted even though there boss gave a very slight discount I still taking the bigger loss I am now thinking might not have been worth it. I feel they gave me a quote and they should have stuck with it. I do understand things do happen a daily basis beyond control but as I am a paying customer and still unpacking finding out broken things in boxes also I understand they had a long day and both were really snippy or becoming rude with me at the end of the day so the third day to me was horrible will I use them again I am not sure will I recommend them I don't know yet I would like too speak to the owner about all this will I hear from him I don't know but we will see

To begin with we did 3 separate jobs for you. The unload actually took 1 hr 30 minutes and we put everything were your wife wanted it in the garage. The local was estimated to take 5 hrs for 2 men not 3, & this was a NON-Binding Estimate. It took 5 hrs & i gave you a discount on the additional 4 hrs. Customers are always welcome in helping out unloading there items. My men worked non stop for 9 hours, no lunch & 3 short breaks.

Richard confirmed the day and time of arrival, and actually arrived on time with two others, Kenny and Keith. They were amazing! I had one 16 foot pod, and they managed to pack all of my belongings from a 2 bedroom home into it. The way they did it was like a Tetris puzzle. I wasn't sure they could fit it all in, but they did, and right on schedule, too. I couldn't have asked for better "helpers". I would definitely recommend using this service to anyone moving, especially if you are using a Pod. They know what they are doing, and do it well. Also, very considerate of my belongings!
