worked very slow and took alot of breaks. They weren't sure how to load a heavy item and suggested that they return in the morning with another man. they did not have tools and borrowed mine ( i'm glad that I had them to lend). I pray that when we unload tomorrow everything is ok. I wouldn't do this kind of work for any amount of money. I felt like this job could have been done in half the time.....oh well

The crew in Camas was good and only a couple of things had a scratch. Everything was well wrapped and the truck was well packed.
Our crew in Prescott AZ was excellent. They worked well especially considering the heat and the fact that we had lots of steps to get to the house.
We were a bit worried but tried this route due to the cost savings. Cost us half of the price of our last move. Will definitely use this service again.

I appreciated the Hire a Helper service. We recently moved to Phoeniz...and even though I had friends say they would help with the move, I decided to hire it done instead. The movers were on time, friendly, and courteous. The uhaul company had dropped our shipping container too close to the garage for us to open the crate properly, one of the movers used his own rig to move the crate and trailer for us when uhaul failed to send someone out to remedy the problem.
They were careful with our property and yes I would use them again....

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Introductory phone call from the crew 30 minutes before arrival -A crew that arrives on-time, ready to assist on your move -Uniformed crew members -tools, door jam protector and rug runner as well as a carton dolly and a furniture dolly. Basic hand tools for basic assemble/disassemble, that may be needed to move some items. -a walkthrough of your home with the crew to discuss your goals for the move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
-Please utilize the many years of experience of our service reps to assist with any questions you have leading up o your move -If you are loading, you will want to make sure you have all the right supplies to ensure a safe move. Our reps can help with your planning, but some of the things you might need are furniture blankets, rope, straps, mattress bags, tape and boxes Please make sure you label the side of all boxes for your new home. -If you are unloading, you might want to try to secure a packing.

Each crew member is given extensive in the office training on these policies and procedures. We also take all movers through an extensive hands-on training program in our warehouse that walks them through the proper way to pack, protect, carry, load and unload your belongings that are good for the safety of your items and all involved in the move.
