Very expensive! Just needed some help to slide and move things around in storage for less then an hours worth of work and limited strength and lifting. I requested general help but the company called back and said no....it has to be under mover help even if rearranging boxes. obviously increasing charges significantly. The helper was real nice and came on time but man the cost for such little work and forced price increase......was not really fair. Do your homework before hand, shop around, finalize the rates before using these guys at last minute.

Fabulous Help! I have never had such a positive moving experience with hired movers! Move Help Made Easy worked with me when I was in a pinch. We had loaded the moving truck when I got sick, so our trip was delayed a day. Not wanting to spend money to have the moving truck an extra day, Frank was willing to work with me. He and 2 helpers showed up on Saturday night to help us unload everything. They were flexible enough to work with us to see when we were getting in from our long trek from northern Nevada. Frank has a great personality and a great sense of humor about things. Everyone treated our things with care and deference. Highly, highly recommended. Thanks for making our move to L.A. so welcoming!

The main guy spoke to me in a condescending manner every opportunity that he had, totally unacceptable. The actual work was fine n fairly efficient, but he attitude and demeanor left a lot to be desired. Once they were done, you have to call in and release their money which I did, even after receiving 3 confirmations 1 verbal, 1 text and 1 email that the money was released this guy has the balls to accuse me of not doing it then proceeded to give me step by step instructions on how to use my phone and the service like I was a 4 year old. Really!!!!! Never again would I use them. Oh the kicker, without prior permission he brings his daughter to my place for a tour!

-Introductory phone call within 24 hrs of your booking to review your job requirements -Professional customer service representatives to assist with any of your pre-move questions -A dedicated representative of our company to call if any changes need to be made.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Introductory phone call from the crew 30 minutes before arrival -A crew that arrives on-time, ready to assist on your move -Uniformed crew members -tools, door jam protector and rug runner as well as a carton dolly and a furniture dolly. Basic hand tools for basic assemble/disassemble, that may be needed to move some items. -a walkthrough of your home with the crew to discuss your goals for the move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
-Please utilize the many years of experience of our service reps to assist with any questions you have leading up o your move -If you are loading, you will want to make sure you have all the right supplies to ensure a safe move. Our reps can help with your planning, but some of the things you might need are furniture blankets, rope, straps, mattress bags, tape and boxes Please make sure you label the side of all boxes for your new home. -If you are unloading, you might want to try to secure a packing.

What training do you provide your crew members?
With over 20+ years experience of successful moves, we have developed policies and procedures for all types of moves. Each crew member is given extensive in the office training on these policies and procedures. We also take all movers through an extensive hands-on training program in our warehouse that walks them through the proper way to pack, protect, carry, load and unload your belongings that are good for the safety of your items and all involved in the move.
