We had a very positive experience with Move Help Made Easy. The men who helped us load the POD we rented were professional, courteous and efficient. The cost was competitive and reasonable. They were able to use the space available so well that we were able to load a lot more into the POD than we expected. They also stayed late and were able to help take some items and food we couldn't transport and volunteered to deliver whatever they couldn't use to the local homeless shelter. THANK YOU!

This was a great service for me. My exact arrival date from out of state kept changing and they were there exactly when I needed them. Everything had to be carried to the second floor and I have some very heavy pieces of furniture plus on the day I needed the truck unloaded it was over 100 degrees.

THIS WAS A VERY TRYING DAY DUE TO THE FACT THE CUSTOMER WAS NOT PREPARED TO PAY FOR HER MOVE, THEREFORE THE CREW HAD TO TURN AROUND AND GO HOME - VERY KIND AND WILLING TO HELP US OUT ON MONDAY IF NEEDED - I COULD NOT GIVE THEM A DEFINITE TIME AND NOT ONCE DID THEY GET ANNOYED -

Between a new floor being installed, a son moving out and new furniture being delivered we had a lot of stuff to be moved. Matt and his helper got everything into place quickly and even helped with furniture placement. Although, they didn't load a truck -having them come in and get everything was a huge time saver and it was moved without the dings or dents that happen when you do it yourself. I would recommend them to anyone who who has furniture to be moved-even if it is only from one room to another.

Ben and his crew were good workers. They were polite and courteous. I was expecting them at 11am. Ben said that they were told by their dispatch to be at our office between 11 am and noon. They came closer to noon.

-Introductory phone call within 24 hrs of your booking to review your job requirements -Professional customer service representatives to assist with any of your pre-move questions -A dedicated representative of our company to call if any changes need to be made.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Introductory phone call from the crew 30 minutes before arrival -A crew that arrives on-time, ready to assist on your move -Uniformed crew members -tools, door jam protector and rug runner as well as a carton dolly and a furniture dolly. Basic hand tools for basic assemble/disassemble, that may be needed to move some items. -a walkthrough of your home with the crew to discuss your goals for the move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
-Please utilize the many years of experience of our service reps to assist with any questions you have leading up o your move -If you are loading, you will want to make sure you have all the right supplies to ensure a safe move. Our reps can help with your planning, but some of the things you might need are furniture blankets, rope, straps, mattress bags, tape and boxes Please make sure you label the side of all boxes for your new home. -If you are unloading, you might want to try to secure a packing.

What training do you provide your crew members?
With over 20+ years experience of successful moves, we have developed policies and procedures for all types of moves. Each crew member is given extensive in the office training on these policies and procedures. We also take all movers through an extensive hands-on training program in our warehouse that walks them through the proper way to pack, protect, carry, load and unload your belongings that are good for the safety of your items and all involved in the move.
