What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You can expect a confirmation call from one of our representatives within 24-48 hours of booking to confirm the information and gather any additional details from you.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Uniformed crews will arrive with everything they need to complete your project successfully. Dollies, tools, and stretch wrap are included free of charge and carried by all of our teams of professional movers.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If you are handling the packing of boxes, put heavy items into small boxes, and light items into bigger boxes. If you have pets and/or small children, please have a designated area for them away from where the movers will be working for safety purposes. If any items are staying, it helps with time to tape a piece of paper to them that says "staying", so the movers know what not to grab. We recommend not getting your carpets cleaned before the movers do your move! Only do this after, if you have it planned.
What types of moves have you handled?
Local moves within the Valley, long distance across the country, labor only (loading/unloading/moves within home), specialty items like heavy safes, pool tables, grand pianos, and commercial moves where we relocate offices and equipment, you name it, we've done it!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love meeting new people and taking one of the most stressful events and trying to make it fun. This is our paid workout, and we derive great satisfaction from helping the community relocate successfully.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are required to have moving experience before we hire them, but we still put them through an extensive video training, as well as moving training in our warehouse before we send them on any moves. We want to make sure they are well versed in our procedures, so you receive the best quality movers.
