This is a mixed review. They arrived on time and I believed they were hard working. But, at the end of the day, it is about my property and it arriving undamaged when I get to my final destination. It is very unfortunate that a piece of art that I stressed to them was fragile was put in the truck without proper padding. Actually, it was put in the truck with very little padding. When I arrived at my destination, I unloaded to that point myself because I wanted to remove it from my rental truck myself. There are now very visible scrape marks on the front of the piece and I don't believe it to be repairable. I am much less concerned about them resting heavy furniture on the top of the dryer that ended up denting it in several places.
They have the customer service down. I found all of them to be pleasant and professional. They have other issues. I unfortunately cannot give them a recommendation. Best of luck on your move.

Wish we had this crew for the unload portion of our move. From the welcome call to review our booking to the moment they closed the PODS they were friendly, professional, and incredibly hard working and helpful. It’s clear they have a ton of experience and optimized the space of our PODS perfectly. It truly felt like they wanted to exceed expectations rather than just show up to do the bare minimum which we experienced with another company on our last move. I am actually surprised they were on the lower end of the price point. They are five star all the way! Highly recommend!!

Our crew was amazing! They did a great job, and were efficient with their time and packing our 2 large PODS. Joey in the office was pleasant to work with, and quick to reply to any questions or comments.

UMS was definitely a great choice. While they did arrive just 15 minutes outside their window, they did keep in contact with me about the ETA. The crew themselves were very well mannered, efficient and knowledgeable on their work. They knocked out a lot of work in just under 3 hours and nothing was damaged in the process. We had an hour that was not used and the customer service has been quick and simple in handling that reimbursement. I would highly recommend and will be using this companies services again in the future.
