Casper and Brian DID NOT give up easily on figuring out how to put everything we asked them to prioritize in the pod. Both men were very careful with our furnitures and appliances. As well as making sure they don’t hit the walls while moving stuff away. They are expert professionals, works fast and very courteous. I highly recommend STRONGMILE MOVERS to everyone. Joe the owner is always making sure that everything is okay and explains what is to be expected clearly. We are so happy with their EXCELLENT Service.

The owner contacted me after my initial review. He is very concerned with customer satisfaction. We had a long conversation in which he addressed and satisfied all my concerns.

I was contacted to see if they could start earlier. I indicated that I would not be ready to load the POD until 12 PM since I was out of the house. When I returned to my home prior to 12 PM they were already there. Brian and Casper indicated there was no problem waiting until 12 PM to start. Once they started the POD was packed up in less than the allotted 2 hours. Furniture was protected with the plastic wrap provided at no extra charge. The POD has not been unloaded yet to determine if any damage occurred.

Bobby and Chase showed up early and asked if they could start. They were definitely prepared for the job. They had all the tools they needed. Chase took the legs off of my couch so that it would fit through the door. The items I had were heavy and bulky. These two guys moved it all easily. They put everything exactly where I asked them to place it. I would definitely use them again! These guys were very professional and even had a great sense of humor!

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Clear paths throughout your home to all furniture and boxes. Have all items prepared, boxed, bundled and ready to go prior to our arrival. Coordinate convenient parking locations for each stop involved with your move. PACK ALL LOOSE ITEMS IN SMALL & MEDIUM SIZE CARDBOARD BOXES UNIFORM IN SIZING. Mark specific boxes when necessary "Fragile", "This end up", "Load first" or "Load last", etc. EMPTY AND PREPARE ALL FURNITURE! Yes, empty ALL contents out of ALL of the drawers of ALL FURNITURE

What training do you provide your crew members?
Training includes, but is not limited to... Proper disassembly, as needed, and protection of furniture involving blanketing, cardboard crating & shrink wrapping of items. How to properly handle furniture throughout all locations. How to reassemble and place all items in desired locations throughout the new location. Customer service is priority #1. Everyone is given the proper tools and training to ensure all safety precautions are taken seriously.
