Casper and Brian DID NOT give up easily on figuring out how to put everything we asked them to prioritize in the pod. Both men were very careful with our furnitures and appliances. As well as making sure they don’t hit the walls while moving stuff away. They are expert professionals, works fast and very courteous. I highly recommend STRONGMILE MOVERS to everyone. Joe the owner is always making sure that everything is okay and explains what is to be expected clearly. We are so happy with their EXCELLENT Service.

The owner contacted me after my initial review. He is very concerned with customer satisfaction. We had a long conversation in which he addressed and satisfied all my concerns.

I was contacted to see if they could start earlier. I indicated that I would not be ready to load the POD until 12 PM since I was out of the house. When I returned to my home prior to 12 PM they were already there. Brian and Casper indicated there was no problem waiting until 12 PM to start. Once they started the POD was packed up in less than the allotted 2 hours. Furniture was protected with the plastic wrap provided at no extra charge. The POD has not been unloaded yet to determine if any damage occurred.

Bobby and Chase showed up early and asked if they could start. They were definitely prepared for the job. They had all the tools they needed. Chase took the legs off of my couch so that it would fit through the door. The items I had were heavy and bulky. These two guys moved it all easily. They put everything exactly where I asked them to place it. I would definitely use them again! These guys were very professional and even had a great sense of humor!

They arrived on time, were well prepared, & enthusiastic about their work. They exhibited care in moving our items into the condo. They carefully built our dinning room table and bed and moved all our items where we wanted them to go.

Great experience! Would recommend and will use again. Joe was great in setting up the move and following up. The moving crew was equally great! Rob the foreman and Pod packer had it under control from the beginning. Casper and Brian were polite, friendly and Hard working.

These guys were the master of packing my pod. The crew sent to my house were very nice and good to speak to. The Pod was not going to fit all of my stuff so they packed it with the item I deemed most important. The company owner called me after we booked and consulted with me regarding the amount of time and manpower needed. His advice was spot on as it saved me time and money.

Bobby, Chase and Rob were great. They arrived on time and got right to work. They covered and wrapped furniture, loaded our storage unit, making good use of the space. They were done in 2 hours. We will use Strongmile Movers when we need to unload.
