I would give 10 stars if I could. Superb from start to finish. I never could have packed as efficiently as they did. Kept me informed when the encountered delays with their morning job. They never stopped working. The were pleasant and treated my furniture with care.

The guys at Strongmile did a fantastic job moving my furniture from my bedrooms to a storage pod. They took special care ensuring the furniture did not get damaged, the items were stacked safe and logically, and things were kept clean. They moved quickly and didn't waste any time. They even moved an extremely heavy cast iron stove for me.
I liked how they called the day before to confirm and called when they were about a half hour out so I was able to make sure I was home without waiting around all day. I highly recommend Stongmile.

Rob and Dave arrived on time, were personable and neat in appearance They remained highly professional, communicating clearly, were organized, knowledgeable, efficient and careful with our possessions/furniture. They accomplished the work in a reasonable time and called the company to close the deal ( I could not find the number). All in all this was a positive experience all around.

They communicated various times prior to the move and called ahead of time the day of the move. The team arrived on time & was very courteous & professional. I had extremely heavy furniture that needed to go upstairs. Joe, Rob & Casper didn’t stop moving the entire time. They were easy to work with & ensured there was no damage to my furniture or my house. The move went quickly & smoothly. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

STrongmile was right on time, in the snow. I had called the day before with concerns about the possibility of snow and they were not concerned. the snow came and it did not even phase them. they were quick, helpful, and certainly can pack a POD.
I will definitley call them back when it's time to unload.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Clear paths throughout your home to all furniture and boxes. Have all items prepared, boxed, bundled and ready to go prior to our arrival. Coordinate convenient parking locations for each stop involved with your move. PACK ALL LOOSE ITEMS IN SMALL & MEDIUM SIZE CARDBOARD BOXES UNIFORM IN SIZING. Mark specific boxes when necessary "Fragile", "This end up", "Load first" or "Load last", etc. EMPTY AND PREPARE ALL FURNITURE! Yes, empty ALL contents out of ALL of the drawers of ALL FURNITURE

What training do you provide your crew members?
Training includes, but is not limited to... Proper disassembly, as needed, and protection of furniture involving blanketing, cardboard crating & shrink wrapping of items. How to properly handle furniture throughout all locations. How to reassemble and place all items in desired locations throughout the new location. Customer service is priority #1. Everyone is given the proper tools and training to ensure all safety precautions are taken seriously.
