Corey and his crew did an amazing job. Absolutely professional and communicative. They were incredibly quick and efficient with loading and unloading. They moved us in so quick that my new neighbors said they never even saw the moving truck! Highly recommend.

Late. Dropped boxes so badly that they broke open and stuff like Legos spilled out. That's money down the drain for anything I didn't find. Initially, they waited for the rain to clear & rescheduled then came back and tried to charge me for the hour they waited and headed back. They were talking about my stuff disrespectfully. Like when they found one of my sons walking sticks from our walks, one child said, "I bet they have whips, don't they. Yeah, they got whips." (They're black and we're white.) One gentleman was very kind and respectful and worked hard. Everyone kept it moving and worked hard. They were just so disrespectful, dishonest, and clumsy that I wouldn't recommend them nor use them again. I unloaded with them to get it over with and decided to unload the rest of the trailers and containers that arrived without any help.

Respectfully, Compared to our last 20 reviews this review is totally opposite of what we stand for and it’s obvious. I (the owner) was on move myself and none of this took place. Customer praised movers thee entire move and constantly thanked movers for moving her belongings in a very wet atmosphere due to the rain. Movers arrived to site and it started pouring down raining and lightening Movers waited 45 minutes and customer decided to reschedule. Movers left the site and noticed rain stopped so movers called customer and returned. Movers completed the job within 2hrs and 20 minutes. Customer ordered 4 hours, movers offered hour back but customer only wanted to pay for 2 hours. Movers agreed. Client was clearly upset hours after the move when she was told that she’d be charged three hours out of the four hours she originally booked. Movers still only charged customer for two hours after waiting for 45 minutes before move took place and taking a total of thirty minutes to come back to site and accommodate customer. This is an unfair review but we will take it in stride. Thank you for your business. Movers also posted atleast 5-7 pictures on profile proving that the majority of boxes were smashed due to how previously loaded. Movers made customer aware as she witnessed damaged boxes and furniture during the unload process.

A customer should have (if not ordered) Moving blankets, shrink wrap, etc. Also Customers should have all breakable items removed from dressers, night stands etc.

What types of moves have you handled?

We’ve handled Local, Long distance, commercial moves, office moves, debree removal, load swaps etc.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

My favorite part about being a mover is being faced with a strenuous task and completing that task in the presence of a customer.

What training do you provide your crew members?

Our training process is basically hands on experience. We have a written format on how we typically load truck. We have our movers study this format until it becomes second nature.
