Company notified me at least 1 month prior that they would be present and ready. 1 day before move company notified they couldn't do that job anymore but could send a crew that would need to be paid cash and would be cheaper.
Contacted hire a helper to cancel charge and move forward with another company. They contacted the movers and magically they said they can actually make my move they said they would do. Who showed up were two polite and hard working highschool students (the brothers of the owner). Not dressed in company attire as promised and stated in the movers "more information about what price includes" section. They had none of the equipment that I requested per their own instructions that I perfectly adhered to in the price includes and their description box. Students had no idea how to use the appliance and regular dolleys I bought to provide them that they were supposed to know how to use (if I actually got the professional movers I paid for that are supposed to be licensed and insured).
Students proceeded to lift my fridge even after I asked them to use the dolley and proceeded to drop it onto the huge rocks outside because they couldn't move it up the ramp and then decided they needed to use the dolley (now scratched and dented fridge).
Then after calling hire a helper to discuss these issues the only thing the mover company was willing to do was waive the extra 2 hours that I paid for which they didn't use because it only took 4 hours instead of 6 hours. The company refused any of my calls, would not respond to my outreach, and I honestly cannot put in words how disappointing I am of this company and disgusted by their behavior and lying ownership.
I hope I never see the owner of this company and I hope no one uses their services. This was one of the worst experiences moving I have ever had and I won't be recommending these movers, or hire a helper system to anyone I know of, not my institution, not my corporate friends, family, etc. Just pay the extra 300 dollars and get a real moving company, don't trust that this moving company or the hire a helper service will actually get any kind of reasonable resolution to your issue.

The two gentlemen were on time, pleasant, professional and very hard workers!!! I am having them return to move everything back into my house and would recommend them to anyone needing help with any type moving or perhaps, other things where people need a helper.

They were very courteous, and they took great care with the home and furniture. The actual move went smoothly for the most part and I appreciate them. They were also very friendly. The reasons for only 3 stars:
1. A lack of communication from the main contact
2. They were around 2 hours late
3. The crew that came included a woman that didn't look like she could lift some of the heavy items like couches and dresses as she was struggling with some of the heavy boxes. I didn't want her to hurt herself, so I felt the need to help with the big items.
It was fine because I helped with the big items, but I'm not so sure it would have worked out if I wasn't capable of helping.
