Didn't show up, didn't call, and the move was confirmed twice in the week before.I had everything packed and ready to go. Hire a Helper was very courteous and accommodating. I was lucky that I didn't have to be out at the end of the month. This could have left someone else in a a huge predicament.

They did a good job. They were actually about half an hour early, which was good cause we needed extra time to load the truck. They loaded it so that nothing broke, which was really awesome. The only thing that would have made this an excellent review is if they had finished a little bit quicker. All in all I would use them again especially since they signed up the day before we were supposed to have them.

Aside from arriving 1 1/2 hours late they did a great job. They took great care wrapping my furniture. The truck was loaded so that not one single item shifted in transit. They worked hard & unlike the company I had booked the week before came prepared with tape for the moving blankets.I I would use them again IF I EVER MOVE AGAIN!!! If you care about your possessions arriving safely this is the company to use.
