We had same two movers about a week apart to fill separate trailers for long term storage and they were terrific. On time and ready to roll on arrival. Wrapping, moving packing in trailer at a fast pace and very personable young guys.

The good: completed a difficult move (several pieces of furniture up the outside of a Baltimore row house), wrapped the banisters to avoid scuffing, their parking job was almost worth the price of the move alone. The bad: 2 hours late (an afternoon move, so this seems almost to be expected), not super careful with the house or furniture, and slow (a couple guys with experience but others less so, and no one stepped forward to make sure everyone kept moving).

What can I say !!!! I have not moved in 22 years and did not know what to expect. The Rapport movers showed up a few minutes ahead of time, they had on company logo shirts, they looked me in the face, introduced themselves and gave me a firm handshake! I was totally impressed from that point on. Jiran & Anthony ( I hope I have the names correct) were absolutely wonderful. The first thing they wanted to see was what needed to be moved. Then they just started... and boy did they move ! I just stayed out of their way ! They wrapped everything up and packed the unit like I never imagined it could be packed. I could not have been happier....in fact i would like these guys to unpack my stuff also !! I could go on and on about how great this loading experience was - but I will end .... you will not be disappointed at all with this company!!!

Rapport Relocations were sent to me because I had some other movers who bailed on me at the last minute. They arrived when they said they would and were pleasant from the time they got there till the time they left. They had another job that day but I wouldn't have known it because they had a wonderful attitude all the way through. Kenny and his partner were wonderful to work with. They worked hard, were very efficient and went above and beyond for me and my family. I would recommend them and would definitely use them again!!!
