The guys were very professional. They work quickly but carefully and are experts on loading a moving truck efficiently. They managed their time so that they would stay within the hours contracted and still be able to unload the truck. Friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend them.

Company has some very nice individuals, however they do not provide a very good service. They wanted to leave early I did not pack, or load the truck efficiently. Items that were requested to be packed carefully were thrown in a box and heavy items put on top of it. They left several areas of the truck empty, and then ran out of room. I would not hire this company again.

AJ and Dan were fantastic! They showed up on time. They were friendly, professional, efficient and helpful. They rose to the challenge of fitting a lot of stuff in a very small moving pod. But they were also honest with me about what could safely fit without risking damage to my property.

I do not have enough nice words to say about them! From my initial interaction with AJ to the final moments with the crew, we were impressed and so very happy. This review is long because the service was fantastic, so if you don't want to read it, just know that! This has been such a stressful move but they made it great. They showed up on time and ready to work. They were friendly and polite and seemed to enjoy their work. They had excellent recommendations but were willing to work with the supplies that we had on hand. We had a ton of heavy lifting for them to do but it was all completed with no complaint. They were respectful of our property and home. They got everything done very quickly and in a quality manner. We were able to make two trips with the truck in order to make it safe. We were extremely impressed with the service and will definitely use them again for any moves that we make as well as any cleaning or handyman needs that we have. We will also be recommending them to everybody that we know. You know what they say about if you provide good service people will tell a couple of people but if you provide bad service they will tell 100? That's not true in this case. We are going to tell 100 people about the wonderful service that we had with Freight Angels. The hireahelper website was wonderful as well. Thank you AJ and Chris and the guys! Freight Angels truly were an angel for us on our moving day.

Chris and George did everything right. They took good care of my furniture and ensured it was correctly wrapped and secured to avoid any damage. They were both kind and efficient and knew what they were doing. Chris in particular seemed to be very experienced in the field of moving furniture which resulted in no errors, mistakes, or damage to my furniture. Previously I used another company from HireAHelper and they were nowhere near as good as Freight Angels. I would definitely use Freight Angels again.

We charge an extra 15% for same day requests.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
