Ron and his crew were courteous and professional. They arrived on time and did an excellent job loading the box truck in a manner that prevented any shifting during transportation.

They showed up on time with extra guys and got the job done quickly. Some of the movers did not seem to have a lot of experience, but worked hard regardless and I picked a service at the lower end of the price range so I felt the value was good. One piece of furniture got dinged and they took it and fixed it at their cost (they did it right by ordering the paint from the manufacturer to ensure exact color match) and brought it back to me so I was happy in the end. Would use them again.

They brought an extra guy to help at no extra charge which was awesome. Very friendly and cared about our items. Very polite and helpful. Packed the Uhaul very well. I fully reocommend these guys to anyone.

The guys who came did a good job moving. However- the guy who booked the move really dropped the ball, and was totally dishonest. I contacted the company to verify that they would be able to do full-scale apartment cleaning, including bathrooms, kitchen, etc. he said they absolutely would, and that they'd bring their own supplies. That was not the case at all- they said "well- we can sweep up if you want."

The two men who showed up were on time and likeable.
They did work hard but they were not able to complete the job in a timely manner. Loading (another moving co.) took 3 hours. Unloading also took 3 hours should have been less time.
Worst - they ripped my couch :( The two men together were not strong enough to lift a heavy couch. They also placed it on the ground- no blanket and it got smeared with dirt.
I wouldn't use them again.
They insisted that I call and make payment prior to leaving even though they could not get a manager on the phone to speak with me as I requested. So I paid in full.
I'm still waiting for a call back from manager as they said would happen to make reparation for the damage done to my couch.
Likeable people but not very good movers.

I thought Ron and his crew were friendly and helpful. They arrived about 10 minutes late but made up for it with getting right to work. They didn't ask for breaks and worked steadily and confidently throughout the day. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that during the move, a heavy piece of furniture gouged into one of my walls. I wish Ron would have pointed it out to me when it happened. Not a big fix, spackle and paint but it would have been better if he had acknowledged it when it happened. I would recommend Ron and his crew to friends who were moving.
