They did a wonderful job!!! Here on time and Got right to it! Had a lot of the job done very quickly. Did not even have to use the whole time. Packed the truck perfectly. Made sure everything was taken care of. Superb, couldn't ask for it to go any smoother. I'd use them again.

My 1st time using this company. Arrived late but called to inform me of estimated arrival time. The 2 guys worked hard. Did not have hand cart for heavy boxes and 1 box busted open. Over all the guys were very, very respectful. Also had a piece of sofa broken but not too bad. I would use this company again.

Overall in any move things get damaged somehow. In my case I had 4 guys come and help. It was an extremely hot day. They worked quickly. The problems came after the move into new location. A brand new piece of furniture was broken. They all said they didn’t do it. I had a witness and somewhere between putting it on the truck and arriving in the new place it got a knee sized hole in the bottom. To get to bottom of it I had to speak with a manager, his worker put him on speaker phone and the guy started saying something to the effect of what’s up with this lady in a not so nice tone. I quickly told him I could hear him. He changed his tone but I wonder what he would have said had he still not known I was listening. The manager wanted me to release payment and gave me some story of we can work it out after you pay. He kept demanding payment. I felt like they couldn’t care about customer service just payment. It took over 45 minutes to resolve this issue. All the while the movers waited.. finally a resolution. I believe this company could do better with a different manager. I believe the workers have high potential and if given correct supervision, the business would thrive.

My movers were amazing. Both of my movers were friendly, professional and patient. I will recommend them to others.

Movers were on time , polite and respectful . They worked hard and did a good job moving furniture to the truck and loading the truck. Management also was very nice and willing to help. The only drawback was the movers thought the job was finished and left a half an hour early. This was due to a misunderstanding. I was so please I would use the again. They were a real help.
