First I would say the men were nice.... but I paid for 4 guys to do work and I got 3 guys and s packer which was not what I sign up for or pay for in that matter .. due to the lack of one man it took the guys extra time to get items in and out in a timely fashion ..( felt like it was plan to work slower to beat the clock to get paid more for hours ) furniture was not wrapped .. items were chipped and Leather was ripped on sofa .. not a great experience.. the only Thing I can say is nice group of men just was not prepared for the job ...

PLACED PADDING INSIDE/ OUTSIDE RESD.(3 BRM HOME), DISASSEMBLED LOFT BED(2), LOADED TRUCK IN 2HRS (INVENTORIES DONE), ARRIVED @ DESTINATION( LONG CARRY/4 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS), REASSEMBLE LOFT BEDS, REARRANGED ITEMS IN APT., UNLOAD COMPLETED IN 3 HRS. CUST INSP. ITEMS B4 WE LEFT. NO DAMAGES. ALL PAPERWORK SIGNED BY YOU.( 4 MOVERS/ W FURNITURE PADS, DOLLIES & TOOLS SERVICED YOU). YOUR GOAL-IN/OUT B4 SPOUSE RETURNS: DONE

Keith, Eric & Tanner showed up on time and worked very hard. They were very careful with my items and did a fantastic job. They were very friendly, courteous and personable. I'd recommend them to anyone seeking help with their moving needs.

They showed up an hour earlier than scheduled, but were flexible with "billing start time". They were a man short than what I had reserved (2 instead of 3), but apologetic as it was family emergency, so understandable... but inconvenient. The two guys then worked hard, but slow. Bottom line, I feel like I could have done this work just as well, and a whole lot faster with just two neighbors.

Crew was 45 min. early. Due to the distance traveled its better to be early than late & did not start the clock until they started work. Most customers would appreciate the crew being early. Also if you check your original order, you booked two men not three, but due too the excessive amount to be loaded we recommended three men to get the job completed in a timely manner. A very large 4 BDRM home fully furnished. Large garage full & outdoor shed, patio furniture, all completed 6-7 hrs by 2 men.

They arrived on time, were prepared for moving our boxes and furniture, worked hard up 2 flights of stairs, were respectful to use and our property and I WOULD use them again. - George

These guys were great. I only had a 12ft. rental truck and they played a game of furniture Tetris and made everything fit. They also made sure everything was secure and would not shift during my 14hr drive. Really appreciate it!

I hired 3 men and they showed up on time. They were friendly and polite. Unfortunately, they moved very, very slow throughout the process. Furthermore, my furniture was damaged and poorly cared for. The pro-cheap service. The con-cheap service.

We truly sorry you were unhappy with the service. In your review you neglected to mention that your rental truck broke down while @ origin residence(2hr delay}, Resulting in a long carry(200 yards), from storage room(seperate building in complex), to truck. Also you neglected to mention that your shipment was much larger than what was stated in your load information. Also to top things off you failed to state, destination was a 4 story house w/ 5 flights of stairs. No damage claims were filed.

The service was just ok. They were two hours late. They accepted the job but from the beginning began to ask for more money. I rented a POD and was looking for their expertise in packing it efficiently. But, that's not exactly what I got. I guess it true, you get what you pay for.

I'm truly sorry you feel that way..We were on time with one extra person..the P.O.D., was partially loaded already & the crew loaded exactly what you wanted them to load..You booked for only 2-3 HRS and stated that was your budget limit.The crew stated to properly pack & load a P.O.D., would take much longer if its done right!! ..You booked at the very last minute, resulting in a rush, rush situation. No matter how much we try, we can't perform miracles all the time..
