Leon and Dow were EXCELLENT! Once they arrived, they jumped straight to work. They had clearly done this a million times as they had plans for every scenario that came up. They were quick, efficient and were able to finish everything in the short couple of hours that we had. They treated all of our stuff with great care and everything was moved safely. I wouldn't hesitate to work with these guys again, thanks so much for the awesome work! It really helped make our move that much less stressful!

Top Flight Movers did a great job! The owner called me after I booked online to confirm and let me know that if my storage pod arrived early, to give them a call and they would come over as soon as possible. And that did end up happening! They were quick, efficient, and did not damage any of my belongings. Everything was handled with care. Next time we move, I will definitely be using them again!

Although the movers were on time, and very friendly to both of us, they were not quite prepared for the job.
Only one of the workers was really carrying our items up to the third floor, causing a significant increase in the amount of time our job took -- in spite of myself and my partner chipping in at the end.
Unfortunately, two of our items were also damaged in the move by being dropped or banged into the hallway.

I was booked for a 9am move and they showed up at that last minute - 10am. I didn't receive a courtesy call, and had to call them a 9:30am to find out where they were.
The actual move took an hour and a half with three people. In the end they did a good job, but I was nervous up until the moment they arrived. It just make it awkward for me b/c I was annoyed and frustrated.
