Jeremie and Majestic were awesome!!! They were early which I appreciated, they came prepared, worked very hard and were very respectful of our property. First of all, I want to thank you for your online reminders to ensure that the helpers would be at the destination and that we were aware of their arrival.
The two men that moved our furniture and odd and ends were very polite and respectful of our furniture. They surveyed the area and planned accordingly. They packed the POD to ensure that nothing would move or break during the transport to our destination. I appreciated their hardwork and dedication to their job.

The only good thing I can say is that they were on time. They left their trash (water bottles and chips that I gave them) in the truck. They didn't wrap the furniture when I asked them to with the furniture blankets I rented. They put boxes labeled fragile and do not stack other boxes on top on the bottom of stacks. They put mirror boxes, that were clearly labeled "Do not lay flat" , lying flat on my washing machine so my mirror was destroyed. There was over $2000 worth of damage to my stuff, including an antique table that was my grandmother's that I asked them to please make sure it was packed securely and put somewhere it wouldn't break. It looked like it had been thrown on top of stuff. These people obviously are not the professionals they claim to be.

When the helpers were an hour late to the appointment I was seriously concerned I had made a mistake. I had booked 2 helpers for 4 hours and booked a truck for 6 hours (which was picked up an hour before the helpers were scheduled to arrive). Therefore, the hour delay put me 2 hours into my 6 hour truck rental. Nevertheless, the helpers accomplished their purpose within the allotted time and with only a slight nick to one piece of furniture. I would use this company again if I had to move again in the future.

The unloaders showed up early and got straight to work. I really appreciate them because I am a disabled veteran and moved into a second story apartment. I could not have moved all my stuff by my self. Very pleasant to talk too and brought all the right equipment for the job. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The2 men arrived a few minutes before scheduled, prepared to go. It's really a bonus when they have their own equipment. They analyzed the job and began loading and packing. The job was completely finished in less time than I anticipated. If in the area and in need of like tasks, I would not hesitate to hire them again. Professional, personal, friendly & conscientious.
