Really pleased with the service I got today. Our two helpers showed up on time, they were courteous and hard-working. They emptied out my POD in no time flat and had a little time leftover so they helped with unboxing some heavier items inside the house. Scheduling was also a breeze, we had to make a couple of changes along the way and the scheduler was very helpful making changes over the phone. Great service, and I would use them again!

Torenz and Chris were great! They were a hard working team with a wonderful attitude and very personable too. They were ready to work and work they did! So very happy they were here to unload our furniture. We could not have done that without them.

The boys worked very hard and got all my furniture moved within the two hours. They were friendly and easy to communicate with. However, when we went to move our furniture into our new home (that same day) we found that 90% of our furniture had major scratches and scuffs on it. I had offered them blankets several times to use on the furniture but they declined and said it would be fine. I also offered them straps and bunjee cords to keep things more secure which they also declined, stating “it’s packed tight enough, it shouldn’t move.” This was quite disappointing.

The whole situation was a little unnerving. A mom showed up with her 15 yr old son and a 20 yr. old. They seemed to have no idea what to do. Didn’t have a dolly so mom ran to get one. The boys banged into almost all the walls. I could tell they’d never moved furniture before. The 15 yr old hardly helped. Dad showed up at the end…..they all seemed uncomfortable and I was uncomfortable….I did tip the boys because nothing got broken…
I didn’t realize these were sub contractors Hire a helper- the whole thing was just strange.

They were so professional! They moved all of my stuff within an hour and got there promptly. They listened to me over any concerns I had with my furniture and they seemed to care about these concerns as well. They also were wonderful with helping me with my two pieces of furniture that were damaged by the movers in Kansas City by offering to see if they could fix the pieces. When it appeared they could not, they helped me find a place to dispose of them. Great team!

The guys showed up on time and worked hard but damaged a lot of walls while bringing things inside. They also weren't very careful with our items...boxes were stacked upside down, boxes labeled "fragile" were put on the bottom of piles, and our 85" TV was placed upside down. Overall, I don't think I'd recommend this company based on our experience.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After booking with us you can expect a confirmation that will go over all the details of the job and make sure we are prepared for your move!
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On the day of moving my crew will send an eta text letting you know how long it will take them to get there. Once they arrive they will do a walk through with you and you can show them what you are expecting to get done. My team lead will assess it and figure out how they can best get it done. They will make sure you are good with everything and see if you have any questions!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
You can prepare by having all your boxes packed and sealed shut, have any furniture wrapped or secured tightly. We can assist with wrapping furniture if needed!
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done all sorts of moves. Anything from local, long distance, office moves, storage units, residential, warehouse and much more. We have seen it all!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part about being movers is meeting new people all the time. I love getting to make connections with people and being there to support them on such a special day. Moving can be an amazing thing and a hard thing for some, so I love being the one to make the process as easy and as relaxing as it can be.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our crew members receive an online course that shows them the basics of how to properly lift and handle peoples belongings. We then bring them on a job to shadow our team lead and watch the correct way to get things done. Once they have an understanding we will get them on a smaller job where they can start slow and ask questions. The more practice the better they can get!
