Firstly, I must make it clear that the two helpers Nick and Bradon were very good. They did the best they could with what they had to work with.They came late over an hour. They had another moving job after me so they were pressured to hurry through my loading of the truck. They came with no tools so they could not break the bed down. They couldn't disconnect the washer, because again no tools. They could not figure how to get my sofa down the stairs so it was dropped off my balcony. The three problems I mentioned took up a lot of my 2 hour time. When the 2 hours were up there were still lots of boxes to be loaded on the truck. My move was from Pensacola to Orlando Fl. So this event caused the trip to be delayed several hours.Nick who is 18 years old and was the helper in charge, had to call his friend to help because he was called for my job 1:30am the night before. He then called his friend to help who is 16 years old. It was a horrible experience, the helpers were far from trained movers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!.

They did a good job for their age. I feel 2 teenagers could of used a seasoned mover to guild them, no fault of their own. They were very respectful and courteous. We ended up completing half the job ourselves. I think planning the team next time would be in your companies best interest.

My husband and I have moved 8 times in the last 9years due to his job, and this was our BEST experience with movers. Cameron and James were incredibly hard working. They were also so friendly, professional, responsible and kind. They worked really well together as a team. The efficiently unloaded 2 16 ft PODs in 2 hrs (my husband assisted with boxes, but they did the majority and all heavy lifting), We will use them again, and recommend them to everyone! These guys are THE best!!!!
