While the movers were polite, handled my dogs well, dealt with my disorganization, and worked hard, they basically loaded the container with my belongings. Despite me having purchased moving wrap, 17 moving blankets (3 different sizes), and straps, they weren't really used- except some of the blankets just lain over items.
I'm moving several states away. My roommate tied the load to the tie bars of container, don't think they did it anywhere else.
What will happen when. I get to my new home? Not sure but I wouldn't use this company again or recommend them.

On time, professional, courteous, friendly, diligent, efficient. They came ready to work and didn't stop until the job was done. I scheduled 3 hours, and we used nearly every minute, but they didn't dawdle. Hard workers and I'm very grateful for them.

My helper showed up on time and was a great help. He had a lot of experience loading my truck and was able to load and unload my belongings without damaging a thing. I would use him again without question.

The Pack Smart Moving Services crew that came out to unload my household goods were great! They were on time - - and even though it had snowed the night before, the snow did not stop them! They walked my 1/4 mile driveway thru the snow with their moving equipment in-hand and got the job done. They were very thoughtful and careful on how they handled and where they placed my belongings. These guys worked really hard and completed the job on-time. And, they were very courteous and polite. I will definitely use Pack Smart Moving Services again! They are Professionals! The movers from Pack Smart were fantastic. They arrived at the earliest time I was told to expect them and called me right away when they did. They helped me unload my pod into my 3rd floor apartment. It wasn't a very full pod, but they were very quick and efficient about it. They were even able to help me on a sunday so I could have the pod delivered and unloaded over 2 days on the weekend without missing work. Also I was able to request the job on relatively short notice within the same week.

Everything went well, for a bit. Then they started getting slower and slower. Sometimes taking a long break between loads. They took a lot of breaks. That was until the 2 Hour time limit was up then they hurried up to finished the job. It was not until I received the Bill that I noticed they had charged me for more then the two hours I had allotted. Also My wife reported that one of them spent a lot of time "shooting the ****" with her rather then working. Kinda feel they went slow just to jack up the price.

All types. We have been with large van lines forr years before starting Pack Smart. We have done military, international, local, and long distance moves. Storage in and storage out handling as well.

We don't accept same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
