Ken's Helping Hands were very professional. I got a phone call the very day I booked them to verify day, time and anything else I might need. They also called the morning of our scheduled day to confirm time. They were quick and efficient and willing to help with whatever I needed, from putting some boxes in the garage and some upstairs, to putting the bed frame back together. Exactly what I needed.

Yes the helpers did perform a very good job. They were punctual, and quick to get the job done. They even brought their own dollies, which helped a lot.

Ken and his partner accepted the job with only 2 day notice, I appreciate that. They've done a great job unloading my belongings from the pod to the apartment on the 2nd floor. The move is smooth and efficient thanks to them.

Helpers were on time, but took much too long to do the job. They also had difficulty following instructions not doing what I asked or "forgetting" what I said. Too much deliberation, little attention to detail made them go over their time. Then I was strong-armed for additional $$.

Although two people came to help me out with the move, only one of them was physically fit to really do the work. So I ended up doing more work than the other guy and had to spend another $50 for one extra hour that could've been avoided if they were both working. However, they were very punctual and courteous and knew what they were doing and handled my furniture and plasma tv with care. So I expected a little more ( 2 guys instead of 1.5 !) for spending $200 for two hours of work.
