This crew was slow and lazy. They did not exhibit any desire to do a good job or get the job done in a timely manner. As a result, we had to reassemble some items ourselves. A moving man should not carry small, light, single items in one by one.
Additionally, the crew argued loudly amonst themselves during the move which created a very tense atmosphere and was very unprofessional.
I would not recommend them or use them again.

They did an excellent job! Despite the short notice, they arrived on time and were ready to do the job as promised. They were efficient, courteous, and communicated well. They even asked for permission for a break - of course they needed one when it's in the 90s outside and the apartment is on the third floor. They finished all the moving in less than the allotted time and I highly recommended their service. I will definitely ask for their help again when I need to move in the area. Thank you so much!

I felt that the guys were polite but not experienced movers as the items were heavy and they had problems getting them up a flight of stairs. The walls and staircases were Badly damaged. I would have preferred that they stop and come back with additional men so that no damage was done. Again, they were great and polite guys but damage was done while moving things to our 2nd floor.

My experience with RB's moving and cleaning was great. They provide excellent service- fast, efficient, honest. They did exactly the job I asked them to do and kept it well within the time frame that I paid for. They were very kind and respectful and knew exactly how to handle the moving situation, which I was grateful for because I wasn't sure what to do at some points.
I would definitely recommend them and would hire them again if I had to.

They were very professional. They were right on time. Did the job quick. They kept moving and kept it in the alotted time that I hired them for. I would definitely recommend them again.

I booked 2 guys for 3 hours to load a moving truck and do some cleaning afterward. They called ahead of time to confirm and talk about how much stuff/what kind of house I was leaving...once we talked, they let me know that it might take the whole 3 hours or a little longer to load the truck. They arrived right on time the day of the move and were ready to get to work. Everything was moved/loaded into my rental truck without anything getting damaged. The truck was packed tightly and nothing shifted during transit. They were very adept at fitting pieces together to make good use of the space, I could have rented a truck 4-6 feet shorter and they would have fit everything. My only caveat was that some of the heavier rubbermaids (and they were heavy...I probably overloaded them) were packed on top of lighter cardboard wardrobe boxes and squished them BUT the wardrobe boxes only had clothes in them so nothing was damaged inside...all's well that ends well. They managed to load the truck and vacuum almost the whole house in the 3 hour time slot. They even stayed 10 minutes past when they were scheduled to leave to finish vacuuming the last room. I would def hire them again.

RB's moving was very professional. I hired them to load furniture into a trailer and help clean out a house after moving. There was a slight mishap and they stayed after the job and corrected the problem. They were very courteous and efficient. I would hire them again.

I love these guys! They showed up early and called me when they arrived.
They were prepared and ready to go and worked very hard. They moved everything out of my third story apartment in 45 minutes. Since I booked them for 2 hours, they then came with me to help move everything into my storage unit.
They were super flexible and friendly.

I would highly recommend RB's moving. They were on time, professional and hardworking. They took great care not to damage any walls or stair railings. I thought the job would take longer and they managed to do it all in a shorter time period. I would definitely use their services again.
