THE LOADING:
We had a storage unit just outside Chattanooga. All Around Movers dispatched 2 guys out of Huntsville, Al. (Thre guys had to drive 2 hours to get to the job. Not sure why they used someone so far away. You would think there'd be movers close by in the same town. But... never the less, they kept me posted on thier eta which was 30 min late, but they made up for it by staying 30 min later. They were friendly & respectful & treated our stuff with care. They moved quickly and utilized time well. We were able to get the job done within the allotted time frame. I paid $335 for 2 guys for 2 hours. Hire a helper keeps a chunk of that money, then all around movers gets another chunk, but the actual laborers only get an hourly wage. Seems backwards to me. But I tipped them each 50$. I ended up spending $435 for 2 hours.
THE UNLOADING:
While we thought they did a good job loading the truck, we didn't actually see how they packed it in until we got to our destination and started unpacking it. Turns out they tipped our lawn mower up on its nose vertically to make more room. As a result all the oil leaked out into the floor of the truck & everything within its reach got soaked. This included soft materials which absorbed & soaked up the oil. Bottoms of card board boxes. It was a complete mess. We had to clean everything extensively & mop the truck floor with dawn dish soap. I only hope it didn't ruin our lawn mower. Another issue was our white padded platform bed rails were severely damaged with puncture holes from something, the size of my thumb. There's no repairing it. We'll have to buy a new bed. I took pictures of the damage but there's no place on the review to upload them to.

I paid $312 for an hour and a half work. The guys just emptied half the truck into my room and threw stuff everywhere. I had to put my bed together myself. They didn’t offer. Will never use this moving company again.

This service was good, but overbooked the day that I needed them. They helped me anyway and it was a long day for everyone. They took good care of my furniture and worked very effeciently. I was happy with the service I received!

They were very helpful and unloaded our truck swiftly and no damaged items. Samuel and Stephen were polite and courteous the whole time. They also were accommodating that our multi-state made us late so they adjusted the meeting time.

Great and reliable service! First, John was able to move my date without any issues. They were on time, courteous, and well mannered.
All three gentlemen hauled butt all day, cheerfully. I love that everyone was considerate, careful, and kind. There were no dents, scratches, or marks on the walls from moving furniture.
The truck was packed well. The only thing that went wrong was the freezer wasn't strapped shut. I didn't notice either since it was the last thing in after a long 5 hours. That was an expensive bummer but other than that, everything arrived safely and in great shape.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We send out a text to every customer (it may take a day or so but you will receive it before your move) it requires them answer each question as it’s very important! If we don’t immediately reach out to you please don’t get worried, we stay busy and it’s our promise to get every customer taken care of with with the respect and full attention on the items they cherish. If we can’t get to the phone if you call, plz respect that we are giving a customer our full attention as we will give you on your move day!
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Passion for what we do! A crew that will handle their belongings as if it were their grandmothers prized possessions, respect, trustworthy men that move really fast and the knowledge to get the job done and take every stress off the customers back!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Have labeled boxes is a plus, everything packed and ready to be loaded, make sure we have a clear walkway to and from the truck (it’s a hazard and danger to your belongings and to the crew members), please trust we know how to load a truck and no instructions are appreciated.

The smile and comfort we see after a job is complete the stress just melts from the once tense customer to now a moved, loaded, or unloaded happy customer! Our number one goal is satisfaction and we strive everyday to make every customer feel this way
What training do you provide your crew members?
We have an in hand in the field training. We always bring a new guy of course he is an extra guy the customer does not pay for but what better way to train a man, you can’t teach moving you have to experience it. And to be a great mover you have to have passion and again you can’t teach passion you either have it or you don’t! We can’t see or know unless we put them inside the field!

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
