Two young men must been new to the moving service. I would have guessed this was there first job. Very unsure of what they were doing. Level house, no steps. Three and a half hours to unload 2 Pods. Two Pods where load in three hours. Takes much longer to load than to unload.

We hired Majic Movers for labor only and planned to use a uhaul to transport our items. Movers were scheduled to show up between 8-9am. I called at 9am and was told they would be leaving "the shop" to head in our direction in 5 minutes. They did not arrive at our house until 10:45. As you can imagine, it was a very stressful day. We had to return the u haul before we were done using it because of how late the movers arrived. Additionally, the two gentleman who showed up to move our stuff didn't seem to be particularly experienced and were not strong enough to move some of our items. I would not hire this company again.

The 2 guys they sent me was great. They was very helpful one of them ask me where is my living room and bedroom furniture ? I said i did not have any yet .... well he told me about a furniture store and i went there and i'm glad i did i got great deals. they was very helpful and YES i will use them again... thanks

The movers showed up 12 hours late, they had no tools, so they used mine. They packed the uhual with all boxes first and didn't have room for my bed. One of them suggested to strap my bed to the roof of my car. It was raining and I was relocating from North Carolina to New Jersey. By far the worst service ever. I had to have my family members come over the next day to repack the uhual. So I ended up losing a day because of their unprofessional and terrible service.. I was extremely disappointed!!!!

We start off with a call, to make sure you're ready for us to come to your home and also to let you know that we're in route to your location.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
You should make sure you have enough blankets "moving blankets" to cover your furniture, it's always best you have more than enough, then not enough. Straps, tie downs and have all your belongings packed and ready to go this will allow your move to go faster and smoother and cost you less money and when we arrive just sit back have a cup of coffee or a beverage of your choice and watch us make it vanish like majic.
