They were very polite and worked hard, and they actually arrived early. My complaint is that I had moving blankets with bands and they didn't use them (there wasn't that much furniture that needed to be wrapped) and they scratched the dresser terribly. They were very quick to tell us every little thing that wasn't perfect saying it was like this...then the one thing they really did screw up, they never acknowledged. There is no way they didn't know it happened. Unfortunately, we didn't see it until after they left.
