Absolutely amazing job! The movers brought extra materials to help me pack and went above and beyond to make sure my items were protected. The team they sent were done in about 30 minutes. They were respectful and polite. They asked where to put each item and did it without banging up any walls, including up the stairs. They were also flexible with exactly what time they were needed. Thanks for a great experience.

There was an initial language barrier and a supposed lack of experience. They looked to us for guidance, but the fact that we know nothing of the loading procedure didn't help. When I ordered the service, I guess I expected them to be better equipped. As physical laborers, they were impressive. They also worked out problems with large pieces of glass, a table, and office furniture. Some minor glass cushions for the office desk were lost in transit.
