Kevin and Justin did a good, solid job. They were on time and efficient and polite. We hit a snag with them not being able to get my couch upstairs and inside the apartment. Granted it is a longer, larger than normal couch. There wasn't a way to get it inside safely. I was also disappointed to see one of my bedside lamps broken during the unloading process. I didn't see how it happened so I can't be certain what transpired. Regardless, these guys provide a good service at a reasonable price.

Greetings Regan and thanks for your review. I apologize for not being able to maneuver your couch into your place. When the complex was constructed in 1967 apparently moving an 8' double wide up to the second floor units was not on the builders specs. and made it physically impossible. As per our conversation I am willing to replace your night stand lamp (as a set) even though you are unable to provide a photograph of the damage. I personally brought them both in and didn't notice anything broken. They were not disassembled and packaged properly like we do when preparing a move and were just tossed on some boxes behind your box springs. On a lighter note, it was great meeting you and your Dad. Congratulations on your new place being close to the Oceanfront and having a better school district for your daughter. Mr. Kevin and his partner moved everything out of my apartment in 2 hours!!! They were friendly, polite and they moved very fast!! All I had to do was sit back and watch!! They stacked my boxes up so neatly and tight as if it was a puzzle so none of my things would fall or break when being moved. I’m very thankful and appreciative of Mr. Kevin and his partner and I hope to work with them again when it’s time move in my new home!! I have no complaints, they were amazing and well prepared!!! What can a customer expect after booking with you?

I will call to discuss your moving needs.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

A call in the morning and an experienced crew to pack/load/unload your belongings.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Since we are paid by the hour anything to make the job go quicker; break down beds, take shelves out of China Hutch, legs off tables, shades/ light bulbs from lamps etc. We have no problem doing all these things though.

What types of moves have you handled?

We have moved clients all over the country, done many office jobs, transported entire household or just a few things.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Meeting new people and seeing the stress leave customers faces after they realize we know what we are doing!

What training do you provide your crew members?

We take new crew members on jobs @ no extra cost and train them to be the best. We also have them watch multiple moving videos on YouTube.

We charge an extra 10% for same day requests.

Next Day Moves

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

Refunding Unused Time

We refund up to one unused hour over our min..

Extra Hours

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
