The main guy was rude and did the opposite of what I requested every time. One example is it was raining which is not under any ones control so I asked them not to place the boxes on the concrete until my husband was ready for them. I went back inside, when I came back out several boxes were sitting in the rain on the concrete. I asked them to go back down and help my husband load the boxes in the trailer and the main guy told me that I was disrespecting him. Seems to me like we were doing most of the work, I should have reminded him that we were paying him and he was being disrespectful because he was. He was rude and ran his mouth the entire time and said that we could do it ourselves ( I wish we would have). There were several problems like this. Both of the workers were so engrossed in talking about a football game with each other they did not pay attention to what needed to be done. My husband wanted them because they were the cheapest. I didn't want them back after the first time but he insisted since they were the cheapest. Now I know why, I guess you get what you pay for. He knew when he left that I was unhappy with them. I did not appreciate him coming to us while we were still trying to pack the trailer and requesting that we release the money. We would have done it as soon as we went back upstairs but he wanted it right then and he followed us back into the condo. I would not recommend these guys to anyone.

These guys were amazing! They arrived on time and were efficient. They were respectful of our belongings and our apartment. They added fabric to the frame of our entry door, so as not to damage it when bringing in our things. They helped us for the entire time we had requested and made sure that everything we needed brought in was done so with care. We plan on calling Expert Moving Services again when we move into a house. Highly recommended!

The team showed up on time on an incredibly hot day and worked non stop to get our items packed and delivered safe and sound.
