We specialize in providing quality loading and unloading services. We provide white glove treatment for all your belongings, treating each item as if it were our own. Our experienced crew is highly trained in handling your most delicate possessions. We make your move easy and efficient! In our home state we have over 100 moves completed, a 4.95 average review, and 0 no shows. We plan to replicate our customer service in the New York Area!

Only positive is they showed up (unsure if positive) but only reason for the 1 star is because of Jody, he tried and was polite. Felt bad for him being partnered with the 2nd guy. Company didn’t call and confirm my reservation I made online, I had to call to make sure they got it. Mentioned twice (description online and verbal to owner) that they needed to bring hand cart, that I did not have one, and they showed up without one. What movers show up late without tools required to do the job? They scratched my floor, obviously dragging something across it and they played it off like it was like that. I washed floor night before and those marks weren’t there. Other minor dings in walls. The other guy was useless, didn’t trust him with any of my belongings. Had to keep an eye on him constantly. He kept coughing and wiping his nose with hands then carried my boxes. Gross. I had to help unload to make it in the 2 hour window. Ridiculous. Clearly the good reviews they do have are from a different crew. I could go on about all the issues. REGRET picking them as movers to unload my Pod. Do not recommend Making Moves. Don’t rely on the reviews you see, go with a different company!

The 2 workers were great the only issue is Hire a Helper. The guys were on time and did a great job but they finished early and when I called hire a helper to ask them if I could only pay for 2 hours instead of 3 they told me that I could not be refunded because I miscalculated the time. So I found things for the guys to do.So make sure you calculate correctly.

Get extra blankets, 1 for every piece of furniture is never enough. The more blankets the cushier the ride!
