The movers were great but the administration was difficult. There was no confirmation from the office staff that the movers were on the way, and I was put in a very difficult situation at the end of the move where the manager had me on the phone asking me if the movers came late when there was simply difficulty in finding my exact apartment building (understandable, as it was a confusing apt complex). The customer service from a management/administrative standpoint was awful. On the other hand, the movers were courteous and cared about the work they were doing.

They were professional, efficient and thoughtful. I was pleased with the service but thought the rates high when I knew I had less work. But hire a helper was the cheapest rate I could find. There were cheaper rates until the other company charged for driving time. Thank you hireahelper.

I chose Helping Hand Movers from the reviews I read of them. They did a great job. The owner came to my house prior to the move to take a look at what was to be moved. He let me know exactly what the guys would need the day of the move such as blankets, tape, etc. The day of the move, the guys showed up on time. They were very nice and respectful of our property. They made sure all our furniture was wrapped and protected before they put it in the POD. I was nervous not everything would fit, but they packed it efficiently and it all fit. I plan to use them again when it is time for the POD to be unloaded.
