These guys were great to deal with! I was called the night before to confirm my appointment. The day of the move John and Vlad showed up on time and got right to work. I had some large heavy pieces that they maneuvered up the stairs and placed without any issues. Nothing was damaged and they were done quickly. You cannot ask anything more than that. I will use Helping Hand movers for my future needs.

They were very helpful and all very personable. We had thought the Hire a Helpers in Va. were good, but found they used very few of the moving pads we suppled and had wood to wood causing a lot of damage.
Your movers suggested we take pictures of some of the things they saw crammed in before it was unloaded and we appreciated that. They were very careful and respectful of our furniture.

Patrick contacted me right away after I placed the order for my move, and he was very professional and knowledgeable, and gave me a sense of confidence that Helping Hands could do the job well.
The two young men who moved my belongings from the truck to my place were on time, personable,worked really hard, and didn't mar or break a thing. They asked questions when they weren't sure where I wanted something, were very agreeable and figured out how to squeeze things into tight spaces a time or two. This was the first time I used a service like this. Patrick and Dianna were amazing! They were very accommodating when we had to change our original date. I was very impressed with their customer service. The 2 men that came to do the job were also wonderful. My daughter is also moving and she will definitly use them. Great company!

Seriously the absolute BEST movers I have ever contracted!!!!! Patrick and Eric were so fast and kind they never stopped moving it was loaded in half the time and Patrick doesn't charge for unused time so I received a refund for the 2hours I didn't need because they were so fast! I'm using them again when we unload the trucks next week. I highly recommend Patrick and his crew I gave them such short notice and Patrick accommodated me he even came out himself because of my short notice! So wonderful!!! They were on time so professional just perfect!
