Their SMS and text messaging prior to the start date was a little bewildering. However, they were easy to reach by phone and were great communicators.

( + ) See above about communication. They had extenuating circumstances, they let me know and they showed up and got the job done.
( + ) in addition to the things I had them unload they moved a washer and dryer for me. And they took a couple pieces of furniture out of the house and to the curb to be picked up by the city. No muss, no fuss, no griping or talk of extra fees.
