Cameron and James took a very unorganized garage full of stuff and moved it all over to my new home. They worked hard and quickly even though it was a very hot and humid day. I would definitely use them again.

The team was polite, on time and efficient! We were not spending enough time watching them with the blankets and they ended up stacking things in the truck without covering and wrapping in the furniture in blankets we had provided.

I tried reaching out to In & Out BS Loading and Unloading, LLC after the move to let them know we had damage to pieces of furniture, as a result. They never called me back to resolve the situation.

First they changed our unloading time to be 2 hours earlier. We were fine with that. Then the 2 guys show up 30 minutes late. By this time my husband had unloaded quite a bit by himself. After the late arrival, it was all done in 1 hour but of course we had to pay a 2 hour minimum. It was a company relo, so at least the money didn’t come out of our checkbook. But really, can’t you be on time if you already made us change our schedule to suit your needs?

Some educational tips for you. The moving labor industry has 2 main policies or rules. #1. The 2 hour minimum is a charge because you can't get people to come help you for less than a reasonable fee. #2 1-2 hour arrival window is required Due to customer issues with underestimating time needed to help them and we sometimes find ourselves working longer than expected and throwing our schedule off or in our area traffic can cause arrival problems. One other bit of education for you is that it is extremely hard to find people who want to do this kind of work so being short staffed all of the time requires trying to line up multiple jobs for our helpers thus the request for a schedule change. It is your move and we are coming to "HELP" you with your move. If your husband wanted us to do everything then he should have waited for us to arrive. We are happy to help do it all. Your rating seems a little harsh over a 30 minute wait considering you didn't have to pay for it. Sounds like an ungrateful customer to me. Hope you find happiness some day.
