Arrived on time, even early. I ordered packing and loading. However I learned that not all moving companies are really experts at packing. I would not recommend them for packing. Did a fairly decent job with loading the truck. My boyfriend and cousin had to move the bed box spring down the stairs (which they said would have to go out a window or remove the banisters from the stairs). However, the boss did give me some extra "free" time. Not horrible, not the best, definitely affordable. They were respectful of all my goods and property.

Charles, David and Will arrived ahead of schedule on the day of my load. We walked the Townhome and worked out a plan. The started immediately and were very polite and courteous to me the whole day. I was here alone and they were very patient to let me get some boxes in order, take pictures, etc. They also took time to protect my walls and asked me questions about how best to protect the furniture. They were very responsive and willing to accept my suggestions of how we could load the container to the best space use. Never did I think that they were not listening to me. Thanks for a great job.! Liked them so much they are coming back today...2nd container.
