This was a very bad experience. He was supposed to be here at 11 am. We booked him and received email confirmation for 11 am. I ended up calling him at 11:30 (he never called). He said he had another job in Boston and didn't know when he would be getting there. When I asked how he would have done a job in Boston and be at my house in Connecticut at 11 am he instantly started becoming hostile. Then he cancelled. Way too angry for me and in hindsight, was glad he wasn't going to touch any of our items to move. I also spent $495 on a lift for the day to move :(

Movers were on time and efficient. They did scuff up the wall down the stairs when moving the couches. I didn't have any problems like this when I moved it myself. They also broke a shelf that I was planning on throwing away. Not sure how this happened either. Overall, the experience was good, not great. Better care should be taken in the future.

I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the service provided. I had gotten quotes from traditional movers that were outrageous. This allowed me to book some muscle only. Not only did they move my furniture from 1st floor to second floor, but they put all the drawers and hardware back on!! They were right in the quoted window of time as well.
