I booked four guys for four hours and they had my pod filled up within two hours! Even with the wonderful tetris work they did, I still ran out of room and had to order a second pod (my fault - too much stuff!).
They didn't tie anything down because of the fine tetris work they did; however, my pod had to go long distance to another state, so some things did shift during the travel. There are a few scratches on a few things, but overall nothing that is a big deal. The guys were so nice and so helpful and they worked hard!

They were very familiar with tightly packing the pod container. They took extreme care with the wooden furniture, using rugs and cardboard, as well as blankets to ensure the safety of my items.

Quick and effective- was done long before my 2 hours was up.
My ONLY complaint is the lack of following instructions- the majority of the boxes were marked as to where they were supposed to go. Rather, they were either left in the garage or in the hallway.
