The Caring Transitions' helpers were on time and were prepared for the job. They brought their own tie down harnesses for my large furniture and boxes and did not charge me for it (super!!!). They worked very hard and had a really helpful attitude. They really do live up to their name - "Caring" Transitions.
My furniture was not damaged at all. The large 7 feet long couch was really a struggle to get up the stairs, but these guys did an awesome job with lifting it....no damage to the couch or the walls in the narrow hallway!!! We would DEFINITELY use them again and recommend them to others as well. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!

Two young men (about 19 0r 20) arrived within the time period I specified. They were polite and courteous and did a good job. I don't know who was responsible for making sure they had the right equipment, but my order asked for 2 hand trucks (which they had) and two furniture dollies (which they did not). This made moving some of the heavier pieces, like an upright piano, much more difficult. My fiance and I had to jump in a few times to assist with heavier, bulkier pieces- that was fine- I didn't mind. The only thing I would suggest is that careful attention be made to the edges of furniture as it transitioned on hand trucks. One of my dressers was not protected by a blanket etc as it was hoisted down some stairs so the edge of the dresser got banged up a bit. I suppose the age of the movers played into their unfamiliarity with the cost of furniture and the protection one must use on sharp edges. I would hire them again would ask that at least one of the movers be a bit stronger than these young men when specific reference to heavy furniture is noted in an order.

I hired Caring Transitions to load my rental truck for me. They were very punctual and came very well prepared. The two helpers worked very hard even though we did go over on time. I underestimated how long it would take to move everything and also had a truck that was just a few feet too short. Depsite that, the workers maintained a great attitude and worked efficiently to get everything packed into the truck as tightly as they could. I would recommend them.

I had two wonderful guys show up for my move. They were on time, were prepared for the job and took extra care not to damage my wood floors or my furniture. We started at 9am and were done by 1pm. They worked non stop and i was thankful especially since we had to load a pickup truck and drive that to the pods location, and that required several trips. I would definitely use them again. Great job!

These guys arrived exactly on time, ready to work. When my direction ran out and I couldn't think of the next way they could help, they volunteered ways in which they could help. They helped box, they helped pack, they helped load, and they helped reorganize the truck to fit more. 5 stars.

Byron and Deshawn did a great job. I would highly recommend them. They loaded the truck for a 3000 mile journey; I have traveled 1750 miles and nothing seems to have moved. My request for the truck to be secure for the long move was taken seriously.

II never used a service like this before. The two young men that showed up from Caring Transitions were wonderful. They showed up early and on a 90 degree day didn't stop til the job was done. They even had to unload two pianos. and go to a different house to unload on of the pianos. I would use Caring Transitions again.
